My girl friend has been spanking me in an erotic manner twice a month for the past year. About a week ago she began trying to sell me the idea of spanking me for punishment purposes. She is upset at the fact that since we've been together I've gained 15 pounds. I have been on diets, have lost some weight but always regained it.

I'm with your girlfriend. Warm ups are reserved for erotic spankings. Punishment spankings aren't supposed to be fun. They are supposed to punish. Punishment spankings should sting, teach a lesson and change behavior. In your case a sore bottom is the perfect reminder. Everytime you sit down at the dinner table, you'll be reminded to go easy on food and skip dessert.

My wife has been disciplining me for a while. I have to say my behavior has improved immensely.
She is very fair with her discipline. All punishments are administed with me being totally naked and bent over. Let the punishment fit the crime. If your hubby has a potty mouth, he must be learn the hard way. Nothing cleans out a dirty mouth better than washing it out with soap. This time honored punishment has been effective for years. Sounds like your husband is long overdue.
There are many ways to apply soap. You can do it in stages. As far as soap, you want to get something plain and pure. I use Ivory soap bars.
The first time you use soap, you can simply open a bar and have him bite in. Then make him stand in the corner with the bar of soap in his mouth. Another thing you could do is have him write lines with the soap in his mouth - i.e. 'I will never use bad or foul language again'.
If he continues to use bad language, you make the mouth soaping more extreme. Fill up the sink with water and let the bar of soap float in in for a while. Then take the soap out of the water, have him stick out his tongue and run the wet bar all over his mouth. Then make him put his mouth in the sink and get a mouthful of the soapy water. Have him rinse his mouth out, spit, and do it again. Remember to keep scolding and lecturing while this is going on.
If the potty mouth continues, you can repeat the above but make the punishment longer or combine the two forms of mouth soaping. Of course, don't spare the paddle during these punishments.
Another effective tactic is to have him bend over put his hands on his knees and apply the paddle while he has a bar of soap in his mouth. The soap can serve as a gag and a punishment as you apply the appropriate amount of swats.
